Join Our Artistic Advisory Committee

Home Made Theater is seeking passionate, committed theater enthusiasts to be considered for membership on the company’s Artistic Advisory Committee. The Artistic Advisory Committee is an adjunct body that partners with the Board of Directors.

 

Committee Purpose: To set and maintain the integrity of the artistic vision of Home Made Theater, in service of the company’s mission.

 

We accomplish this by:

1. Programming each season.
             – Coordinating with the Board of Directors as to each season’s number of productions, and venue options
             – Reviewing title and/or Director submissions and being point for offers

    

2. Assigning an Artistic Liaison to each production.
              – Supporting that position and each production’s team through regular updates

     

3. Assigning Producers.

4. Helping Directors to staff creative and production teams.

5. Leveraging feedback loops.
                 – Staying tuned to audience polls
                 – Reviewing results of the feedback survey to cast, crew, and staff after each production and gleaning learnings with all populations.
