Flex pass subscribers can redeem ticket benefits when purchasing tickets online. The billing information screen includes a “redeem benefits” button. After clicking this button, you will be directed to enter your patron ID and full name. Select the number of tickets you would like to apply your benefits to, then click “apply benefits” and complete your order. Click here for a video tutorial.
