Submitting this form does not guarantee you or your suggested team will be chosen for production at Home Made Theater. All productions are subject to approval by Home Made Theater’s Artistic Director, Artistic Coordinator and Board of Directors. At our discretion, or in the case of multiple directors submitting an application for the same piece, Home Made Theater may assign your suggested production to another director.
