Sensory Friendly Performances

Modifications include:

  • A trigger list to warn about startling sounds or sudden movement
  • Lower sound level, especially for startling or loud sounds
  • A reduction of strobe lighting and lighting focused on the audience
  • Guests may leave their seats during the performance (ushers will provide guidance)
  • Designated quiet areas in the lobby
  • Staff and volunteers trained to be inviting and accommodating to families’ needs
