Redeem Your Season Pass

 Welcome to Home Made Theater! We’re thrilled to have you as a season pass holder. Please follow these detailed steps to redeem your season pass for tickets:

Log into Your Subscriber/Donor Account:

• Go to the Zeffy website at www.zeffy.com/login.
• Enter your email used to purchase to access your Account.
• If you are having difficulty accessing your account, contact support@homemadetheater.org

Check for Your Tickets:

• Once logged in, navigate to the “Transactions” section to see if your tickets for the current season have already been generated.
• Ensure that the tickets are for the correct performance date you wish to attend.

If Tickets Are Not Generated:

• If you don’t see your tickets listed, please complete the ticket request form BELOW.
• With the form, select your desired performance date from the options available.
• After submitting the form, your tickets will be generated and emailed to you as soon as possible.

Need to Change Your Performance Date?

If you need to change your performance date after you’ve redeemed your tickets, please contact our box office at boxoffice@homemadetheater.org.

Include your name, the original performance date, and your desired new date for prompt assistance.
